WHY XCARET?
For our wedding, we have always dreamed of having a weekend long celebration with all of our loved ones. Our priority was for our guests to show up and not have to worry about anything except having a good time. Hotel Xcaret Mexico stood out as the ultimate destination for us - we have never seen anything quite like this. Besides visiting our booking website and Xcaret Guide - please navigate through the videos below to see why we selected this resort.
REGISTRY?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift. No gifts required, your love and support are all we wish for.
TRAVEL?
Hotel Xcaret Mexico is an all inclusive resort, the following is included with your stay: transportation to and from the hotel including from the airport and to excursions, food and beverage including alcohol, access to multiple restaurants and bars, 24 hour room service and unlimited access to Xcaret Parks & tours.

This website is extremely detailed and should have the answer to any questions you have. If you do have questions specific to the resort or booking - please reach out to Monica at Yellow Umbrella Events. Please note - If you are planning on bringing a guest but do not know who you are bringing yet, you can still book your room. Guests can be added to your reservation at a later time up until October 24th 2024*. Your first room deposit will be calculated as single occupancy then if a guest is added - your final deposit will be calculated to reflect the updated occupancy. *UPDATE: The final guest list for the wedding is due September 20th - please update your reservations to include an additional guest before then. If they are added between September 20th and October 24th we will try our best to accomodate them at the wedding but it is not guaranteed.

WHERE ARE YOU STAYING?
We will be in Mexico from Wednesday November 6th to Saturday November 16th and we will be staying in the Adults Only building Feugo at Hotel Xcaret.
THINGS TO DO?
Hotel Xcaret Mexico is "All Fun Exclusive" - you not only have access to luxurious accommodations and exquisite dining but also unlimited access to the incredible Xcaret parks and tours. From swimming in underground rivers to exploring ancient ruins, snorkeling in cystal-clear cenotes, or ziplining through the jungle, every aspect of adventure and entertainment is included in your stay. For those that want to relax - Hotel Xcaret has 12 restaurants, 8 bars, and 13 pools.
We recommend downloading the Hoteles Xcaret app which has an interactive map of the hotel property and restaurant/bar information. We also recommend downloading the XCARET! App which will detail all the activities included at each park. Please note all parks and tours are included with your stay at Hotel Xcaret. The prices you see listed in the XCARET! app are for guests external to the hotel. There are some activities that can be purchased for an additional cost - this is noted in the app.
